Program Application

Once you have gathered the following documents you are ready to submit your application to TESS.

  • Current CV. 
  • Unofficial or official graduate level university transcripts (if applicable). 
  • Research project summary and lay abstract. 
  • Personal statement describing fit with CREATE-TESS and career goals. 
  • Supervisor statement confirming project fit, mentorship plan, and funding commitment where required.
